01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the ZY999 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it – whether through a mobile browser, the ZY999 app or any other means.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or make any deposit. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, ZY999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals and void any bonus funds or winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts.

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your username or password with any other person. ZY999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Provide accurate personal details at registration.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it.
• Notify ZY999 promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• ZY999 may require identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on ZY999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit card. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your ZY999 account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact ZY999 support with your transaction reference.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not in your name are not permitted. Where such deposits are identified, ZY999 may void the associated funds and require the return of any winnings generated from them.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Processing times vary by payment method – JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

ZY999 may require identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure for fraud prevention and player protection. Providing accurate information at registration speeds up this process significantly.

• Withdrawals are paid to the same method as the original deposit where applicable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account settings.
• Bonus funds must meet their wagering requirement before being converted to withdrawable cash.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All game outcomes on ZY999 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The results are independent on every spin, draw or deal. No pattern, strategy or prior result has any bearing on future game outcomes.

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to play games automatically or to gain an advantage not available through normal gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors – any winnings obtained through a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be voided.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real money deposits less any withdrawn amounts may be returned at ZY999's discretion following investigation.
